"Definitely glad I walked into this dealership!"

So I finally felt as though I was ready to purchase my first car. I was going in knowing I was pre-approved through Capital One Auto Financing and having already combed through their inventory online. Saw a Toyota Camry and told myself, that's the car for me! I walked in with my mom and asked to speak to Ian, who I had been in contact with for a few days to be sure everything would go smoothly for me. I was immediately approached by Jack (can't remember his last name) as I walked in and he sat me down after I asked for Ian. After asking a couple of questions (how much would I be able to pay if I was doing a down payment, how much did I want to pay a month, etc) he went back to speak with his manager. My mom and I began getting a little agitated because we thought the entire process would be dealt with Ian and before I put pen to paper, I requested to see Ian. Ian finally came out to introduce himself and assured me that I would be in good hands with Jack, who was the salesperson. Once I was reassured, Jack explained the process to me and I stalled at hearing he wanted to pull my credit and shop around for the best offers. I'm thinking, I'm young (24), my credit history isn't that long but I do have a decent credit score, and that shopping around for good offers would be something that only people with really good credit could afford to do. But after discussing it with Ian, he assured me that it was my best option. Long story short, I ended up getting the 2011 Camry I wanted same day with no money down and an awesome monthly payment well within my stated limits (300.00 a month!). I was extremely satisfied with my interactions with everyone (Jack, Raul, and Fred, who did my financing paperwork) and I am so happy to finally have my own car! It wasn't a very long process, either. It took less than 2 hours to do everything. Definitely glad I walked into this dealership!

Long story short i was pleased with the service they were determined, they were eager to put me in a vehicle the same day which they did I had absolutely no problems it was by far the best experience I've had in a very long time. my salesman name was Walter.

"Did whatever to make sure I was happy with the car I got"

I just bought my first car from there and couldnt be happier like one reviewer said she got craptastic treatment at Kingdom Chevy-I went there and was treated pretty lousy as well. I was amazed at the service I got from two salespeople named Dwan and Alex. Both were very professional and very helpful with any questions I had and answered them and even went as far as looking for answers if they didnt know the answer. Their manager who is also the owner of the dealership was very nice and explained everything to me and made sure I was clear on what I wanted and actually I wasnt pressured at all to get the car. It made the whole car buying experience very smooth and easy to get through. Many people experience going to dealerships feeling pressured to take a car that they don't want or can't afford. I didnt have that problem with Dwan and Alex they both listened to what I was looking for and what I was able to afford and I came away with a brand new 2015 Dodge Dart. What I also appreciated was how Dwan and Alex educated me about what the banks will and won't finance. They explained to me that banks will not finance a used or pre owned car because of the liability factor since used cars tend to have a lot of problems. I got their last Dodge Dart since I was told they were selling them so fast that they would have to wait until another shipment came in. You will get top notch service with Dwan and Alex I am not disappointed. Don't hesitate to stop in if you're in the market for a new car and make sure you bring all the documentation needed when you go so it makes the process of buying a car go much easier. If you're in the market for a car definitely go and see Dwan at this dealership he made the experience very smooth and did whatever to make sure I was happy with the car I got.
